Here’s the juicy backstory:
Back in 2018, a group of friends who met as volunteer firefighters years prior, started a company dabbling in mowing lawns and doing snow removal (ahh, the good ol’ simple days). But then the pandemic hit, boredom struck and we thought “Let’s shake things up!” So, last year when the chance to buy Victory Lane Pizza came knocking, we seized it like a hot slice out of the oven!
We’re on a mission to crank up the heat on our brand! We have been sprucing up the joint, investing in our awesome team, and giving back to our communities in big ways.

Jeff King, the Head Honcho
As our CEO, Jeff is the powerhouse driving Victory Lane Pizza and Coffee by Inferno forward! With a background in public safety as both a Police Chief and Fire Chief, Jeff brings a hefty dose of dedication, leadership, and a push for excellence in everything we churn out.

David Terrell, the Operations Maestro
Our COO, David, is the grease in our pizza wheel! Hailing from a diesel mechanic background and a Firefighter/EMT, David serves up a perfect blend of technical wizardry and community spirit. Quality and service are his middle names – well, almost!

Sarah Terrell, the Money Maven
Sarah, our CFO extraordinaire! A registered nurse and fearless firefighter, Sarah is the architect of our financial success. But she’s not just a numbers gal – she’s also the social media & marketing maestro pulling the strings behind the scenes. If you’ve interacted with our socials, chances are you’ve interacted with her! Talk about a multitasker!

Melissa King, the Heart
Melissa is our amazing CHRO, lovingly dubbed “HR”. With a background as a pediatrician and Firefighter/Paramedic, Melissa brings oodles of compassion to our team. She goes above and beyond to empower our teenage crew, offering flexible jobs that jive with their studies and sports. Her commitment to nurturing our staff’s growth and triumphs is simply awe-inspiring.
